Role OverviewAs an Accounting Manager, you will lead complex accounting operations in a high-volume environment while championing continuous improvement efforts. You'll partner across the organization to leverage automation and emerging AI technologies to optimize workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve overall financial effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Lead month-end and year-end close activities, maintain the integrity of the general ledger, analyze financial results, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated growth in scope and responsibility
- CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA credentials preferred
- Experience within restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other multi-location business environments is a plus
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including the ability to research, interpret, and apply accounting guidance to complex transactions
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and leverage automation, AI, or technology solutions to drive operational efficiency
- Experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP systems is preferred
