Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager will be responsible for all accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger accounting. The Accounting Manager will manage the accounting team to ensure accuracy in accounting operations, adherence to accounting processes, and maintaining a strong internal control environment.
What You Will Do
Supervise and work directly with Accounts Payable specialist, ensure month end closing process, monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, monitor collection of sales/use tax and associated filings, approve weekly pay runs and cash control reconciliations, collaborate with Key Stakeholders to develop and manage KPIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior accounting or finance role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident/Green Card Holder)
