Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager will lead critical accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accurate close processes, regulatory compliance, SOX readiness, and continuous improvement across the finance organization.
What You Will Do
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and audit readiness. Oversee core accounting functions, including general ledger, reconciliations, treasury, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, equity accounting, and SEC reporting support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, consolidations, and public company accounting environments
- Experience with SOX compliance, internal controls, audit support, and process improvement
- CPA, SEC reporting, internal audit/SOX testing, and experience within biotech, medtech, life sciences, or other regulated industries are a plus
