Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Accounting team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and supporting the Bank’s financial strength through sound accounting and investment-related practices.
What You Will Do
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting team, establish and maintain accounting standards, policies, and procedures, and perform key accounting functions such as General Ledger review, prepaid expenses, accruals, and depreciation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of banking experience
- 5+ years of accounting-related experience or equivalent educational experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting for financial institutions, including GAAP, banking laws and regulations, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Advanced financial analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills or equivalent experience with financial software
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team, manage deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy
