Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, lead and execute the month-end close process, provide backup support for accounting team members, and assist the VP of Finance as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated hands-on responsibility for month-end close and financial reporting
- Prior experience supervising or leading accounting staff
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- NetSuite (preferred) or equivalent ERP system experience
- Construction or project-based billing experience
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
