Role OverviewPrepares balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. Analyzes trends, cost, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred. Leads and directs the work of others.
What You Will Do
Backup to Director of Accounting, train new staff, prepare financial reports, set up new policies and procedures, assist with audit preparation, and analyze trends and revenues.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in the field or related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- PeopleSoft experience a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of GAAP
- Proven analytical aptitude
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communications capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a professional manner with a team commitment
- Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
