Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager serves as the primary financial and accounting leader embedded onsite within Fike Corporation's construction and service business lines. Reporting directly to Corporate Accounting while operating daily alongside local subsidiary leadership, this role provides operational oversight, financial reporting, and complex accounting management for the business unit.
What You Will Do
Supports the daily execution of key transactional accounting processes, reviews transactions prior to month-end close to ensure completeness and accuracy, identifies transactional issues or inefficiencies, and develops resolution strategies or process improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Five years or more of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting theory
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives and projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and with strong to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and results
- Prior leadership experience

- Pay range of $90,686 to $113,358 a year
- May increase depending on the level of experience of the candidate
