Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting for a multi-company construction operation. This is a hands-on position with responsibility for the day-to-day accounting function, project accounting, WIP, cash flow, certified payroll, and compliance.
What You Will Do
Oversee day-to-day accounting, prepare and maintain WIP schedules, review job costs and project financials, manage construction billing, monitor cash flow, track receivables and payables, oversee certified payroll, and support HR compliance.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience within the construction or project-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of WIP, job costing, and percentage-of-completion accounting
- Experience with construction billing, retention, and collections
- Experience working in a multi-company or multi-entity environment a plus
