The Accounting Manager will oversee client and internal teams, drive projects from start to completion, and interact with various aspects of a company's operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Prior consulting experience with proven ability to manage multiple client service teams and client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (degrees focusing on accounting or finance preferred)
  • Ability to hold others accountable and lead teams
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes
