Job Description
PDQ is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function, build strong processes and controls, and drive a disciplined and effective month-end close process. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, a strong technical accounting foundation, and experience with NetSuite.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Strong technical accounting foundation and understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience participating in and supporting a structured month-end close process
  • Prior experience reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage or mentor others, even in an informal or small-team setting
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to improve processes, not just maintain them
