Job Description
Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to administer general accounting, ensure GAAP and Sarbanes/Oxley compliance, and maintain process documentation.

Requirements

  • Administer general accounting and ensures GAAP and Sarbanes/Oxley compliance
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation for areas of responsibility
  • Maintain and develop company operating forecasts and budgets
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close activities
  • Interpret operating results and make specific recommendations for cost reduction and profit improvement
  • Ensure business unit compliance with applicable corporate policy and governmental regulations
  • Facilitate consolidation of domestic and international legal entities for close, tax, and other processes
  • Responsible for local to US GAAP reconciliation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors
