Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven accounting manager to support our rapidly growing Americas region. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external auditors to provide valuable insights to support business operations. The accounting manager will be responsible for general accounting functions across the Americas region.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting (multinational company experience preferred)
  • Solid experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and related disclosures under U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge in revenue recognition, consolidation, and complex transactions
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with business, engineering, and global finance teams to operationalize accounting requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated track record in process improvement and/or implementing scalable reporting solutions
