Role OverviewThe Accounting Manager-Property will oversee full-cycle accounting operations across a portfolio of ~8,500 multifamily units, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. They will manage and lead team members across key accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
What You Will Do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies, as well as adherence to owner and lender reporting standards. They will also partner with property operations and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
