Job Description
Reporting to the VP/SVP, the Accounting Manager Real Estate Accounting & Reporting performs various duties to support the accounting function's goal of timeliness and accuracy in reporting, including preparation and detailed reviews of external financial statements and real estate asset reporting responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or a quantitative field
  • 4-6 years reporting and analysis experience with real estate companies
  • Working knowledge of the accounting and financial reporting modules in modern ERP systems such as Workday
  • Big 4 Accounting firm experience
  • Public company consolidated corporate accounting and reporting experience
