Job Description
Accounting & Payroll Manager job to support financial and employee operations of a growing North Little Rock team in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong general ledger knowledge, leadership qualities, and experience with payroll, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting, payroll, or administration experience
  • Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and payroll-related GL transactions
  • Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
  • Experience processing payroll
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Dynamics preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
