Job Description
Woods Machinery is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with a strong Accounts Payable background to support our growing finance team. This role involves processing, reviewing, and accurately coding a high volume of vendor invoices, preparing and processing bi-monthly vendor check runs, and reconciling vendor statements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
  • Experience processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and reconciling accounts
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines consistently
