Job Description
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to work with a Non-Profit Organization in Little Rock, Arkansas. The role involves accounting and finance operations, supporting the Controller, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of three years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and related formulas)
Experience with accounting software and a sound understanding of GAAP principles
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with excellent time management skills
