Job Description
Maintains up-to-date billing system, processes accounts payable duties, and follows up on payments. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable and payable.

Requirements

  • Maintains up-to-date billing system
  • Processes accounts payable duties
  • Follows up on payments
  • Provides reconciliation of accounts
  • Monitors client/vendor account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Follows established procedures for processing receipts, cash, adjustments and prepares bank deposits
  • Investigates and resolves client/vendor queries
  • Organizes a recovery system and initiates collection efforts
  • Communicates with clients/vendors via phone, email, mail or personally
