Job Description
Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) is seeking a talented and organized Accounting Specialist for Kearneysville, West Virginia, to manage accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, and support benefits administration. The role involves a combination of hands-on accounting work and supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks. This is an onsite position with reporting to a reputable business owner.

Requirements

  • Accurate entry and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Cash Flow, including bank and credit card statements.
  • Process weekly Payroll.
  • Prepare vendor payments and monitor tracking of credits, inventory purchases, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain accuracy in QuickBooks and ensure records are up to date.
  • Ensure all BPW (Budgeted, Produced, and Work-in-Progress) information is accurate, consistent with QuickBooks.
  • Prepare financial reports and income statements to be reviewed by the owner.
