Job Description
The Accounting Specialist supports the Chief Financial Officer in managing the organization's day-to-day accounting operations across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles
  • Experience with ERP accounting software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
