Requirements

  • Perform routine accounting functions with an emphasis on accounts payable
  • Receive and process incoming checks for accounts receivable
  • Review company credit card transactions on a daily basis
  • Administer and maintain company credit card system (Bill Spend & Expense)
  • Process weekly payment runs
  • Assist with annual audit and provide documentation
  • Support fellow accounting team members
