Job Description
In-N-Out Burger has an excellent opportunity for a full-time, Accounts Payable Analyst I based in the Irvine, CA office. This position will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices and expense reports, verifying purchase orders, preparing payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Review and process invoices and employee expense reports
  • Ensure that all details are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures
  • Verify that purchases align with purchase orders and contracts
  • Help resolve discrepancies and exceptions related to invoices
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner
  • Reconcile accounts payable records to ensure that all transactions are accurate
  • Perform regular audits of accounts payable transactions
  • Participate in efforts to optimize the accounts payable workflow
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all employee information and payroll records
