Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable and Procurement Manager for our family-owned and operated senior living organization who brings attention to detail, sound judgment, and accountability. This role leads company-wide accounts payable operations and supports the procure-to-pay process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of accounts payable experience
  • High school diploma required; accounting or business degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of invoice processing, approvals, coding, internal controls, and AP automation tools
  • Supervisory or lead experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively support vendors and internal stakeholders
