Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for reviewing incoming invoices, entering invoice data into accounting software, and processing remittances. The position is available immediately and requires a high school graduate with some college preferred or at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and effective decision maker with good oral and written communication skills.

What You Will Do

The successful candidate will review incoming invoices for completeness, approval, and prior payment history. They will also enter invoice data into accounting software, mail checks, and file voucher copies with backup information for Finance and DDP departments.
