Job Description
The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for ensuring that vendor invoices are recorded properly and vendors are paid in a timely manner. The role involves processing inventory vendor bills, interacting with vendors, and resolving disputes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role/function
  • High level of proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in multiple ERP software (e.g., Netsuite and/or Epicor Prophet 21)
  • Ability to work with high-volume quantities (100+ invoices entered daily) in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and pivot accordingly
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • College Degree in Accounting or related discipline is preferred
