Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities include processing invoices, reconciling processed work, charging expenses to accounts, and communicating with coworkers and management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of AP experience
  • Thorough, organized, and with superb attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computers
  • Willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
