Job Description
Venterra Realty is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to contribute to a leading Accounts Payable department. The role focuses on building relationships with internal stakeholders, overseeing the full cycle accounts payable process, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include investigating discrepancies, managing invoicing, and supporting ad hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Investigating variances, analyzing, reconciling and resolving accounting discrepancies.
  • Overseeing the invoicing and payment process for common and vacant utilities bills.
  • Approving strategic portions of weekly payment runs.
  • Supporting tickets and email inquiries.
  • Identifying and participating in process improvement initiatives.
  • Working on ad hoc projects and reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel preferred).
