Job Description
The Coldwell Banker brand is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Document & Mailroom Coordinator. In this role, you will manage mailroom operations, document processing, and vendor relationships to keep the business running efficiently.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to learn new software quickly
Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail
Comfortable with light physical activity, including lifting to 25 lbs. occasionally
Regular, predictable attendance is essential
