Job Description
The Accounts Payable Project Lead Specialist oversees and manages various 3rd party relationships, develops and implements systems and processes for efficiencies, and assists AP Managers in process improvements and hotel transitions within the Highgate Portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with accounts payable processing
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and financial accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and plan accordingly to meet scheduled deadlines
