What You Will Do
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will review, code, and process vendor invoices, verify invoice approvals, and prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.

Requirements
- at least two years of professional accounts payable or related accounting experience
- a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- a solid understanding of accounting practices and internal controls
- strong invoice-processing, analytical, and reconciliation skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with accounting platforms such as NetSuite, Concur, or AvidXchange
- the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- strong organization and time-management skills
- clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to build respectful, productive relationships with vendors and internal partners
- sound judgment when working with confidential information
- the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
