Requirements

  • Analyze, code, and enter vendor invoices on a timely basis.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and communicate with vendors.
  • Process annual 1099 tax forms.
  • Initiate electronic vendor payments.
  • Assist with providing supporting documentation for the annual financial statement audit.
  • Perform other general AP duties.
