Requirements

  • Monitors the submission of payable invoices to the business office.
  • Posts approved invoices into CDK
  • Maintains vendor account records.
  • Maintains proper petty cash records.
  • Processes invoices in a timely manner.
  • Generates expense details workbook.
  • Post and reconcile prepaid and accrual accounts.
  • Accuracy and efficiency in invoice processing.
