Job Description
Sangoma Technologies is seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Sarasota, Florida team. The role focuses on improving AP processes, ensuring timely invoice processing, and maintaining accurate records. This is a hybrid position requiring close collaboration with various departments and ensuring efficient payment and vendor management.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable processing
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering)
Experience with accounting systems such as Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage 300
Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive approach to tasks
Excellent communication skills
Experience with electronic invoicing and expense management systems (a plus)
