Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable processing
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering)
  • Experience with accounting systems such as Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage 300
  • Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with electronic invoicing and expense management systems (a plus)
