Requirements

  • Partner with the A/P Manager to foster strong stakeholder relationships
  • Lead and develop a team of Accounts Payable Specialists
  • Manage day-to-day team operations
  • Drive process improvement initiatives
  • Investigate and resolve escalated or disputed payment issues
  • Track and report on team performance and productivity
  • Support the development and communication of A/P policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors
  • Maintain consistent attendance and promote safe work practices
  • Protect sensitive and confidential company information
