Job Description
We are seeking a hard-working and self-motivated individual to join our Corporate Accounting Team as our Accounts Payable Supervisor. This position reports to the Controller and supports our operations from our corporate offices in Tukwila, Washington.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in AR/AP and an Associate Degree in Accounting preferred.
  • Supervisory experience is essential.
  • Accounting and General Ledger knowledge, high attention to detail with effective decision making problem solving skills.
  • Must have proven excellent customer service skills and work ethics.
  • Self-directed, independent, and a team player with strong initiative.
  • Professional, verbal and written communications skills are essential along with attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience with a Caterpillar dealership or in a related industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook), data entry and presentation software.
