Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Account Receivable Analyst to manage full-cycle B2B accounts receivable activities from invoicing through collections, and resolve complex account issues.

Requirements

  • Manage full-cycle B2B accounts receivable activities from invoicing through collections.
  • Own complex account research and resolution across customer accounts.
  • Communicate directly with customers and internal stakeholders in English and Spanish.
  • Analyze account discrepancies and drive resolution through critical thinking and root cause analysis.
  • Use Excel extensively to track AR aging, trends, and account status.
  • Prioritize and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced environment.
