Role OverviewGourmet Foods International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Associate to support the day-to-day management of customer accounts and receivables. This position is responsible for reviewing aging reports, monitoring customer payment terms, assisting with collections, reconciling accounts, and responding to inquiries from customers and sales representatives.
What You Will Do
Review accounts receivable aging reports, contact customers regarding outstanding balances, handle accounts receivable inquiries, provide customer statements and invoices, reconcile customer accounts, and export, organize, and analyze account data using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
