We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist with experience in invoice processing, account reconciliation, customer service and collections.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, team-first attitude and genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency; Google Workspace and NetSuite experience a plus
  • AS/AA in Accounting preferred
