Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for collecting and maintaining charge accounts according to company policy. They will resolve A/R issues effectively and communicate with management.

Process customer payments, follow collection strategy, communicate with customers, and perform reference checks.

Requirements

  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

  • Good understanding of general business operating procedures
  • Proficient in data entry
