Requirements

  • Process daily banking transactions and manage returned payments through online financial systems.
  • Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payment arrangements, and remittance details to ensure accurate posting.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, claims, and account issues; issue credits when appropriate.
  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries, providing invoice copies, account information, and documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and support staff) to address order holds, payment status, and account-related matters.
