Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager, Credit Manager, Collections Manager, or similar accounting leadership role
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable, credit, collections, and general accounting principles
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using accounting or ERP software required; experience with systems similar to Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
