Role OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for dealer accounts within assigned territories. This role includes verifying, posting, and resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner. The representative will assist with various AR-related tasks, communicate with dealers and internal departments, and contribute to managing receivables to reduce risk.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include receiving payments from multiple sources, posting payments, reviewing suspense orders, monitoring assigned territory accounts, and communicating with delinquent dealer accounts. The representative will also review RMAs, record financial information, and advise on debt repayment.
