Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team. This temporary role will focus on record-keeping, customer payments, account reconciliations, and collections. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive AR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

In this role, you will focus on record-keeping, customer payments, account reconciliations, and collections. You will also partner with internal teams and communicate directly with customers to proactively address outstanding receivables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong understanding of AR controls, cash application, accounting practices, and dispute resolution best practices
• Proven ability to develop, document, and implement AR and collections policies and procedures
• High attention to detail with strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all areas of work
