Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for accurately applying customer payments, managing outstanding receivables, and driving timely collections. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, minimizing aged balances, and ensuring the integrity of the accounts receivable ledger.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective and professional communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Adobe
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and lookups preferred)
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Persistence and professionalism in collections
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
• Collaborative with a demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with other departments and teams
