Job Description
Koniag Government Services is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to process invoices to government customers, follow up on unpaid balances, and oversee the admin section of projects.

Requirements

  • Prepare TM, FFP and Milestone invoices on a monthly or as needed basis and meet deadlines
  • Enter the invoices into the financial system in a timely manner and be able to manage and resolve discrepancies
  • Submit invoices to clients through various on-line billing systems (email, WAWF, IPP, etc.)
  • Maintain a monthly billing log to track invoice status
  • Follow up and prepare weekly reports for supervisors regarding unbilled and unpaid balances
  • Communicate with Project Managers and customers about billing discrepancies and/or overdue balances
  • Create new jobs
  • Staff employees to new jobs
  • Create LCAT and Rate Schedules as needed
