Job Description
We're currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations, managing customer accounts receivable by accurately posting payments, reviewing account balances, and providing support for inquiries from both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Accurately post daily payments to the appropriate customer accounts
  • Research and resolve discrepancies, performing account reconciliations as needed
  • Assist both internal and external customers with account-related inquiries or issues
  • Review tax-exempt forms for accuracy, update customer records, and apply exemptions accordingly
  • Adjust service charges based on research and customer requests
  • Ensure accounts remain balanced and up to date
  • Process and investigate non-sufficient funds (NSF) transactions
  • Handle credit reference requests efficiently
  • Prepare and send customer correspondence as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations
