What You Will Do
Oversee warehouse operations, manage delivery and logistics, recruit and develop a team, build and run internal systems, ensure compliance and service standards, and partner with the Owner to develop the annual budget.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the DME/HME industry
- Solid working knowledge of DME billing, DMEPOS compliance, and payer/accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing warehouse staff, delivery technicians, and equipment fleets or inventory systems
- Proven ability to organize, plan, and lead teams
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of maintaining accurate inventory, delivery, and compliance records
- Solid computer proficiency (spreadsheets, word processing, internet research and tools; DME/HME software experience a plus)
