Job Description
Monks is seeking an ACD of Content Design to lead the content strategy of an LLM-powered product. This role involves collaboration with product, engineering, UX, and research teams to create LLM-generated content and high-quality training data, managing junior designers and ensuring content quality. The ideal candidate is resourceful, managerial, and possesses strong project management skills.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a UX Writer with experience in AI content design
  • Experience managing junior content designers and/or technical writers
  • Bachelor's degree in a writing-centric field
  • Portfolio showcasing creative range and tech client experience
  • Ability to own and manage projects from concept to execution
