Job Description
Apogee is seeking a Program Manager to provide support to the NC3 Contract and specifically the NCS division. The role will support the Acquisition Program Manager in assessing programs within schedule and cost baselines and oversee the allocation of resources based on program requirements.
Requirements
Supports the Acquisition Program Manager in assessing programs within schedule and cost baselines
Staffs Defense Acquisition Executive Summaries (DAES), Monthly Activity Reports (MAR), and support program management and IMP/IMS reviews
Oversees the allocation of resources based on program requirements
Manages meetings, calendars, agendas, and briefings, including providing program status briefings to senior management
Determines requirements; develops goals and objectives to accomplish program missions
Gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition, sustainment, or modification programs utilizing knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques
Ability to understand various funding types, budgets, and understand the Central Asset Management (CAM) process
Monitors, mentors, and develops lower-level (Senior, Journeyman) Acquisition Support Specialists and other contractor support personnel following Govt PMO leadership lines of effort, policy, and standard operating procedures
