Job Description
RETS has been engaged by a leading global private equity firm to recruit a best-in-class Acquisitions Associate for their team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a commercial real estate analyst and a Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
Requirements
2-3 years experience as a commercial real estate analyst for an investment bank, developer, high volume REIT or private equity firm
Bachelor's degree from a top tier university with a cumulative GPA of 3.5+
Expert knowledge in Excel and the overall financial valuation and modeling process
Solid understanding of and ability to model capital structures
Ability to assess qualitative and quantitative characteristics of properties and/or investments
